Biofield Tuning with Kellie Rose at Peace Heal Love Wellbeing Centre
Off Duty
A Group Biofield Tuning Session for Practitioners, Coaches, Carers & Space Holders
You know how to hold a room.
You know how to stay present when someone else is overwhelmed, how to regulate when the energy around you gets messy, how to leave enough of yourself in reserve to getthrough a full day of clients, appointments, or care - and still show up for whatever comes next.
What you're less practised at these days is being on the receiving end.
You've become so good at supporting others that your own system often comes second - this isn’t because you don't value yourself, it’s because you're the one people lean on. And it doesn't always feel dramatic. It's more like your own signal becoming a little harder to hear.
Maybe you're slightly more reactive than usual. You might wake feeling like you never really rested. Perhaps you carry conversations home with you, and other people's emotions linger long after they've left the space.
You're still functioning. But you're carrying more than you realise.
Off Duty is an afternoon created for practitioners, coaches, therapists, healers, caregivers, and anyone whose work involves holding others.
For two hours, you don't need to facilitate anything. Nobody needs your wisdom, your regulation, or your answers. You simply get to receive, lying down, held, while someone else does the work.
What is Biofield Tuning?
Past clients have described it as “a massage for the nervous system” and “therapy that feels like wellness”.
Biofield Tuning is a sound-based therapy that uses tuning forks within the electromagnetic field around the body - often called the biofield or aura.
That field holds the imprint of your experiences, along with patterns carried through family lines. Sound reaches those places differently from conversation or conscious thought.
One way to picture it is like static disrupting a radio signal. Long periods of stress, suppressed emotion, and inherited coping patterns can create interference in the field. You may notice it as tension, emotional reactivity, mental fog, exhaustion, or a sense of numbness.
During a session, calibrated tuning forks are used to locate areas of disturbance within the field. As the forks interact with those areas, the nervous system begins to settle and reorganise. Many people describe feeling clearer, calmer, and more present afterwards - as though the static has quietened.
This work is also capable of touching patterns that did not begin with you. The inherited shape of always coping. Always carrying. Always holding everything together. Many women describe a distinct sense of relief through this process - not only feeling lighter but feeling as though something they were never meant to carry has finally been released.
What the afternoon involves
We'll begin with a short grounding process - a quiet settling in, designed to help you shift from practitioner mode to receiving mode. For most people in this room, that transition is the work.
Then we'll begin by connecting with the earth star and sun star chakras and expanding the central channel - amplifying the voltage in your energy current and re-establishing your connection to the wider field. For those who spend their days in output, this grounding alone can feel quietly profound.
From there we’ll focus on the back of the chakra system - this is where we receive. For people who spend their lives giving, this part of the field often accumulates static. Then, we move into the field combing itself.
In this group session, we work with the collective field created by everyone in the room.
Rather than following a fixed pathway, this session will be led by what the group field is holding on the day. I'll tune into the room and let the collective field indicate what will be most beneficial in that moment.
After the session
Once the session is complete, you’ll be invited to rest and settle in your own way. You might choose to lie down, journal, sit quietly, or walk through the gardens... whatever feels most nourishing for you.
The work is subtle, grounding, and deeply restorative. Many women leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
The effects of Biofield Tuning often unfold over a number of days. It’s advised to allow time for your field to settle and integrate if you can. Walks in nature, yoga, a salt bath are some ideas. Drinking more water than you might usually do is recommended.
A salt bath or foot soak with Epsom or sea salts is thoroughly recommended. Your nervous system does a lot of processing during a session, a salt bath afterwards supports your body in integrating and holding the shifts.
