Biofield Tuning with Kellie Rose at Peace Heal Love Wellbeing Centre
Held - A Biofield Tuning Experience
A two-hour pause for the women who hold everything else.
There's a particular kind of tiredness that doesn't come from one bad night's sleep.
It comes from being the woman everyone leans on. The one who remembers the birthdays, books the appointments, manages the moods of the people around her, holds the family together when her mother’s health declines, and still replies to work emails at 10pm.
From the outside, you seem capable. Underneath, you’re running on fumes. The resentment creeps in, followed by guilt for even feeling it.
You’re everyone’s safe place, but you can’t remember the last time you had one of your own.
People rely on you so completely that your own struggles pass unnoticed.
If this feels familiar, this afternoon is for you.
What is Biofield Tuning?
Past clients have described it as “a massage for the nervous system” and “therapy that feels like wellness”.
Biofield Tuning is a sound-based therapy that uses tuning forks within the electromagnetic field around the body - often called the biofield or aura.
That field holds the imprint of your experiences, along with patterns carried through family lines. Sound reaches those places differently from conversation or conscious thought.
One way to picture it is like static disrupting a radio signal. Long periods of stress, suppressed emotion, and inherited coping patterns can create interference in the field. You may notice it as tension, emotional reactivity, mental fog, exhaustion, or a sense of numbness.
During a session, calibrated tuning forks are used to locate areas of disturbance within the field. As the forks interact with those areas, the nervous system begins to settle and reorganise. Many people describe feeling clearer, calmer, and more present afterwards - as though the static has quietened.
This work is also capable of touching patterns that did not begin with you. The inherited shape of always coping. Always carrying. Always holding everything together. Many women describe a distinct sense of relief through this process - not only feeling lighter but feeling as though something they were never meant to carry has finally been released.
What the afternoon involves
Before the tuning begins, we’ll start with a quiet guided ritual designed to help you set down some of what you’ve been carrying. It’s a gentle process that supports the body and mind in shifting into a delta-dominant brainwave state - a state linked with deep rest, restoration, and emotional release.
From there, we’ll move into the Biofield Tuning session itself.
In a group session, we work with the collective field created by everyone in the room. The focus is on shared emotional and nervous system patterns many women carry -over-responsibility, emotional holding, hypervigilance, exhaustion, and the pressure to keep coping no matter what is happening underneath.
Right Root Chakra Tuning
This part of the field often reflects chronic over-doing - the pressure to keep going, stay productive, and think three steps ahead. It can hold the quiet fear that if you stop, everything might unravel. Years of tying your worth to how much you manage, achieve, or carry.
During this tuning, the forks work with that pattern gently, supporting the nervous system to slow down and settle into a steadier rhythm - one where rest no longer feels unsafe, and where you can move through life without constantly running on empty.
This energy often gathers around the right hip area.
Left Throat Chakra Tuning
This work focuses on what has gone unspoken. The words swallowed to avoid conflict. The truth edited down to keep others comfortable. Over time, that held-back expression can settle into the field, and then body as tension or constriction around the throat.
In this group session, we’ll be working with the collective throat field on the left side, where this pattern commonly presents.
Throat Filter
We’ll also be working with a common energetic holding pattern around the throat - a kind of self-censoring filter shaped by all the things never fully expressed.
The intention here is not to force anything open, but to gently soften and clear some of the accumulated pressure held in that space, allowing energy and expression to move more freely again.
After the Biofield Tuning
Once the session is complete, you’ll be invited to rest and settle in your own way. You might choose to lie down, journal, sit quietly, or walk through the gardens... whatever feels most nourishing for you.
The work is subtle, grounding, and deeply restorative. Many women leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves.
The effects of Biofield Tuning often unfold over a number of days. It’s advised to allow time for your field to settle and integrate if you can. Walks in nature, yoga, a salt bath are some ideas. Drinking more water than you might usually do is recommended.
A salt bath or foot soak with Epsom or sea salts is thoroughly recommended. Your nervous system does a lot of processing during a session, a salt bath afterwards supports your body in integrating and holding the shifts.
