What This Journey Includes

Across nine months, you will move through both Level 1 (Shoden) and Level 2 (Okuden).
This intentional timeframe gives your system the space to soften, open, integrate, and rebirth itself — just as nature designed.

Level 1 awakens your self-practice — the heart of traditional Reiki.
Level 2 deepens that practice and prepares you to step into practitioner work, should you feel called.

This training brings you back to the essential teachings — no noise, no overcomplication.
Just the pure system of Reiki, approached with reverence, consistency, and presence.

How It Works

We meet in person four times throughout the nine months, with additional integration and practice woven through live online circles.

Spaces are extremely limited.
This training is intentionally small to create a tight, potent container for expansion, intimacy, and genuine transformation.
A group where every voice is heard, every journey is held, and every experience is honoured.

Two online gatherings per month will continue our unfolding, each including a Reiju (attunement) — a spiritual blessing that strengthens your inner connection and deepens your intuitive sensitivity.

Throughout the nine months, you will cultivate a steady daily practice — the foundation of the system.
You will build confidence, clarity, and a relationship with Reiki that feels lived rather than learned.

Traditional Reiki Courses are also available. Student numbers are kept low to allow for more time and attention to be offered to the student, a chance to really immerse in these energetic teachings. Courses run from 2 - 6 people.

Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) Human Reiki Course.

The first level in Usui Reiki is called Shoden. This level is open to anyone, it teaches self healing and how to treat friends, family and your pets with hands on healing. The course is completed over 2 days and is held in Peace. Heal. Love’s serene barn and gardens. On this course you are taking the first steps on the path to self discovery and inner knowledge. It is the beginning of a wonderful journey and a great tool to improve your life.

During the 2 days we will cover:

The History of Reiki
The 5 principles, or precepts, of Reiki
Spiritual offerings known as Reiju
4 Attunements will be given
The effects and uses of Reiki
Hand positions for self healing and for treating others.
Animal Reiki for your pets
Guidance for self healing, working on the 3 hara centers
Meditation techniques

The course investment includes a fully comprehensive reference manual, a certificate of completion, a very short, printed lineage back to Usui, the founder of the system of Reiki, ongoing support and invitations to Reiki shares. £250 per person.

Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) Human Reiki Course

If you have completed Level 1 Shoden and feel ready to move onto Level 2 Okuden please get in touch.

Okuden is the practitioner level course it prepares you to start working with the public offering Reiki as appointments. Shoden introduced you to Reiki and its practices and in Okuden we dive deeper into using Reiki practices for clients.

Okuden is not just for people wanting to offer appointments, this level deepens your knowledge and experiences in your own Reiki practice.

Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden) Human Course.

Available on a one to one basis, due to the deep level of energy and understanding, this is a personal journey into the system of Reiki. This course is the final level and teaches you the final symbol and mantra known as the Master symbol, it teaches you how to teach, offer Reiju and LIVE the system of Reiki. It has a substantial investment in your own life, it opens up great possibilities in your own healing journey and spiritual path, it is a truly magical experience. Animal Reiki Courses

Animal Reiki (Shoden) Level 1

Have you ever wanted to help, heal and share a special place with your pets and all animals? Do you work or volunteer with animals? Would you like to? Have you always wanted to give some peace, healing and love to animals? You can learn Animal Reiki for yourself and animals at Peace. Heal. Love.

Animal Reiki Shoden teaches you meditation techniques to share Reiki with animals to improve your own life and the lives of all animals. Animals are our greatest teachers.

On this 2 day course you will learn a ‘Let Animals Lead’ TM Method along with:

The History of Reiki.

The Reiki Precepts and how animals can teach us how to live them.

Self healing techniques for your self and others.

Meditation techniques.

You will Receive spiritual offerings known as Reiju and Attunements.

We will have practical sessions with Alpacas, Sheep, Rhea Birds, Pigs, Horses, Ducks, Chickens, Dogs and Cats.

Animal Reiki (Okuden) Level 2

You will need to have Level 1 (Shoden) Animal Reiki training to undertake Okuden. This is a practitioner Level Training. At Peace. Heal. Love we believe in and teach the ‘Let Animals Lead’ TM Method of Animal Reiki.
