What This Journey Includes

Across nine months, you will move through both Level 1 (Shoden) and Level 2 (Okuden).
This intentional timeframe gives your system the space to soften, open, integrate, and rebirth itself — just as nature designed.

Level 1 awakens your self-practice — the heart of traditional Reiki.
Level 2 deepens that practice and prepares you to step into practitioner work, should you feel called.

This training brings you back to the essential teachings — no noise, no overcomplication.
Just the pure system of Reiki, approached with reverence, consistency, and presence.

We meet in person four times throughout the nine months, with additional integration and practice woven through live online circles.

Spaces are extremely limited.
This training is intentionally small to create a tight, potent container for expansion, intimacy, and genuine transformation.
A group where every voice is heard, every journey is held, and every experience is honoured.

Two online gatherings per month will continue our unfolding, each including a Reiju (attunement) — a spiritual blessing that strengthens your inner connection and deepens your intuitive sensitivity.

Throughout the nine months, you will cultivate a steady daily practice — the foundation of the system.
You will build confidence, clarity, and a relationship with Reiki that feels lived rather than learned.

Shinpiden – Reiki Level 3 (Master Level)

This is not simply a Reiki Master training.

It is a deepening.

Shinpiden is known as "The Mystery Teachings" — not because the teachings themselves are hidden, but because the deepest truths cannot be taught. They can only be lived.

This training is an invitation to embody Reiki rather than simply practise it.
To move beyond techniques and information.
To become the teaching itself.

The Path of Embodiment

There comes a point on every spiritual path when seeking is no longer enough.

More knowledge is not the answer.
More certificates are not the answer.
More techniques are not the answer.

The invitation becomes deeper.

To trust.
To listen.
To soften.

To become intimate with your own inner wisdom.

Shinpiden is often regarded as the highest level of Reiki training, yet it is perhaps the simplest.

It asks us to strip away what is unnecessary.
To release the need to know.
To surrender the illusion of mastery.

And in doing so, we discover something far greater: presence.

Over four months, we will walk this path together.

Not rushing towards a destination, but allowing the teachings to unfold through practice, reflection, conversation, and lived experience.

Because Shinpiden is not a weekend qualification.

Why Four Months?

Transformation requires space.

While many Master-level trainings are condensed into a few days, Shinpiden deserves time to breathe.

Time to integrate.
Time to question.
Time to deepen.

The teachings you receive at the beginning of this journey will continue to reveal themselves over the months that follow.

Through regular connection, practice, and guidance, you will have the opportunity to experience Shinpiden not merely as information, but as lived wisdom.

How This Journey Unfolds

We begin with a one-day in-person gathering where you will receive the Shinpiden symbol & mantra.

Over the following four months, we will meet online every other Wednesday for eight intimate group sessions. These gatherings provide a space for integration, discussion, practice, reflection, and continued energetic development.

The journey culminates in a two-day in-person weekend where we come together to complete the training, deepen the teachings, and honour the transformation that has taken place. You are invited to sleep over at Peace Heal Love either in our Glamping Bell Tent, barn or bring your own van/tent.

The training includes:

• 3 days of in-person training
• Eight online gatherings held every other Wednesday
• Ongoing support and guidance throughout the programme

This training is for those who know Reiki is no longer simply something they do.

It is becoming who they are.

For those who have developed a committed relationship with Reiki and wish to deepen their understanding of the system, of themselves, and of the path that lies ahead.

This training may be particularly meaningful for those who feel drawn towards teaching Reiki in the future, but Shinpiden is not solely for future teachers.

It is for anyone who feels called to walk more deeply with the practice.

A Note on Enrolment

As the highest level of Reiki training, Shinpiden is a deeply transformative experience. It is far more than learning additional techniques or receiving further attunements; it is an invitation to embark on a deeper exploration of yourself, your inner wisdom, and your relationship with Reiki. For many students, this level brings profound personal growth, insight, and change.

Shinpiden asks for a deeper commitment to both Reiki and self-development. As such, it is not offered through automatic enrollment. The journey into this level is unique for each person, and readiness is about much more than simply completing previous Reiki levels. It is about where you are on your path, how Reiki has been integrated into your life, and your openness to the deeper work that this training can inspire.

I am happy to teach students who have trained with other Reiki teachers. However, before moving forward, we will need to have a thorough conversation about your Reiki journey, experience, practice, and intentions for undertaking Shinpiden. This allows us both to explore whether this is the right next step for you and whether we are the right fit to work together at this stage of your development.

For this reason, I do not teach Shinpiden to everyone who enquires. I believe this level deserves careful consideration and a strong student-teacher connection so that the depth, integrity, and spirit of the teachings can be honoured and fully experienced.

Animal Reiki Courses

Animal Reiki (Shoden) Level 1

Have you ever wanted to help, heal and share a special place with your pets and all animals? Do you work or volunteer with animals? Would you like to? Have you always wanted to give some peace, healing and love to animals? You can learn Animal Reiki for yourself and animals at Peace. Heal. Love.

Animal Reiki Shoden teaches you meditation techniques to share Reiki with animals to improve your own life and the lives of all animals. Animals are our greatest teachers.

On this 2 day course you will learn a ‘Let Animals Lead’ TM Method along with:

The History of Reiki.

The Reiki Precepts and how animals can teach us how to live them.

Self healing techniques for your self and others.

Meditation techniques.

You will need to have Level 1 (Shoden) Animal Reiki training to undertake Okuden. This is a practitioner Level Training. At Peace. Heal. Love we believe in and teach the ‘Let Animals Lead’ TM Method of Animal Reiki.
